How to Join
Step 1
Check out our website for class times or stop in at our facility. The best way to understand CrossFit is to experience it for yourself. Schedule a one-on-one session with one of our experienced coaches. You will be introduced to the CrossFit Program and the equipment in the gym. Your fitness goals will be discussed.
Step 2
Take your first class, which will be scaled to suit your fitness ability and personal fitness goals. Enjoy free classes for the first week for free. You will meet the coaches and the other members, who will help motivate you to achieve your goals and have fun doing it.
Step 3
Sign-up for one of our membership options and be prepared to create your new you. You will become part of our community and look and feel better than you ever did.
