3. Barbell Rows w/ Feet on bench 4×10

4. Barbell Flat Bench Rows 4×6 w/3 sec hold at top

Weightlifting

1: Incline DB Rows (4×6)

w/ 2 sec hold at top

2: Weighted Push Ups (5RM)
