I have been doing CrossFit for a couple of month now and I feel great! I’m definitely seeing results in my strength and my cardio. Having the other members motivate each other is what pushes me to work harder. I couldn’t do it without the help of the Coaches, they’re great. I never realized the importance of proper form and core strength until I came here.
