We joined cross fit HCC about a couple of months ago. We never did cross fit and thanks to the super professional and friendly staff we got rapidly addicted. I never believed to be able to do 200 push ups in such a short time. I have lost lots of weight and getting very fit. The box is a very friendly environment and we felt like being part a family. We are a couple and after the two free weeks they granted us a very generous family discount… No other gym in the area offers that… In the classes the couches are very keen in following the progression of every athlete. The size of the classes is such that coaches can follow each member personally…We love the fact that the gym is modern and very clean. Matt, the owner is always there when someone needs a suggestion as well as all the members of the staff.. Last but not least the members are all encouraging each other, no gym superheroes whatsoever. I wish I joined earlier… This would be a five star plus review…. But excellence has no score.
