I had never tried crossfit before 6 months ago and I can’t say enough good things about Crossfit HCC. Like others have said this ‘box’ really does have a family atmosphere. No egos in here…everyone is down to earth and the coaches and trainers are genuinely interested in helping you help yourself. Everyone here will help to root you on to get to the finish line and to constantly push and improve yourself. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to instruct you in proper movements. And Matt never let’s you slack off with a WOD…no shortcuts, no days off.
