November Accomplishments

There were a lot of big numbers this month from our athletes! Check them out below: Abby (125#), Murph (135#), and Deida (175#) all PR’d their Squat Snatch! Abby also PR’d her C&J at 165#. Jasmine (265#) and Court (275#) both hit a new 1RM Deadlift! Court also PR’d her Squat Clean at 210#. September & October were filled with new personal records & accomplishments from the athletes at CrossFit HCC! The November board is already starting to fill up as well. Keep up the hard work! The last two months of the year are always hectic with the Holidays but that didn’t stop our athletes from hitting some solid PR’s Alia PR’d both her Front Squat (155#) and her 3RM Hang Squat Clean (120#) in November.
