Ingredients:

1/2 C Riced Cauliflower 1/4 C Black beans 1 oz. Shredded cheese 1/4 C Pico De Gallo or fresh salsa 1/2 C Bell Peppers- sliced Jalapenos – chopped (optional) 3-5 oz. chicken- grilled

Combine ingredients and serve hot or cold.
