Crossfit HCC has become my home away from home. I honestly look forward to waking up every morning and going to the gym, which is more than most people can say. The atmosphere at HCC is fun, inviting and laid back. New athletes are immediately welcomed with open arms. Every single coach and athlete at HCC truly want to see you reach your fitness goals and are always there to help guide you to where you want to be.

There’s something to be said about a place that right after you leave, you think, “I can’t wait to go back again tomorrow”..that’s what Crossfit HCC is to me. If you’ve been thinking about trying crossfit, or you’re at another box, give HCC a try, you won’t regret it.
